Honeycomb Shades Installation in Chappaqua, NY

Alta Light Filtering Honeycomb Shades Bathroom

Moving into a new home is exciting—but living with cardboard-covered windows? Not so much. These Chappaqua homeowners had just purchased their house and needed an immediate solution for privacy and light control. They wanted a stylish, lasting upgrade that would complement their new space while keeping comfort top of mind.

A Fresh Start with Honeycomb Shades

Instead of temporary fixes, we recommended Alta honeycomb shades for the entire home. For the bathrooms, top-down, bottom-up light filtering shades provided the perfect balance—sunshine during the day while maintaining privacy. In the bedrooms, motorized honeycomb shades in a room-darkening fabric created a serene retreat, with coordinated colors tying the home’s design together.

What We Used:

Alta light filtering honeycomb shades with top-down, bottom-up functionality for privacy and natural light
Motorized Alta honeycomb shades in room-darkening fabric for large bedroom windows
Custom-fit for each space with a coordinated color scheme throughout the home

From Cardboard to Custom Comfort

The transformation was dramatic. The bathroom now enjoys soft, natural light with no compromise on privacy, thanks to light-filtering honeycomb shades. In the bedrooms, sleek motorized room darkening shades create a restful environment with a touch of modern convenience. What was once a home with cardboard makeshift coverings is now beautifully outfitted with a consistent, functional, and elegant window treatment system.

A True Home Upgrade

In just one installation, these homeowners went from makeshift privacy to stylish functionality. Their Chappaqua home now feels complete, with window coverings that enhance comfort and design in every room.
