After completing a full bathroom renovation at her home in Armonk, this homeowner was thrilled with her new spa-like retreat. The design featured a separate soaking tub framed by two large windows overlooking her scenic yard. While she loved the natural light and outdoor views, privacy quickly became a concern. Traditional coverings would have blocked the light she enjoyed, leaving her searching for a smarter, more versatile solution.
During our consultation, we recommended Norman top-down, bottom-up honeycomb cellular shades with light-filtering fabric. This innovative design allows the homeowner to lower the shade from the top to enjoy the view while still keeping the lower portion covered for privacy. Custom fitting ensured the shades perfectly matched the bathroom’s large windows, delivering both style and peace of mind.
The result was a bathroom that now feels open, bright, and private—without compromise. By blending privacy control with filtered natural light, the new custom cellular shades created a balanced environment that complements the homeowner’s renovation investment. Beyond aesthetics, the honeycomb design adds insulation, helping maintain comfort year-round in Armonk’s seasonal climate.
The homeowner was thrilled with how seamlessly the shades fit into the space, protecting her privacy while preserving the tranquil yard views she loves.
